How do I search for products?

Click on the category name on the left of the homepage to view the products we have within those categories. You can also use the search bar located at the top of our homepage to find your preferred products.

How do I place an order?

Once you have found your preferred book, just follow the steps below:

• Select a preferred book and then click on ‘buy this now’, to add this product into your cart.

• Click on the ‘proceed to checkout’ tab to complete your order process

• At checkout, you will need to fill in your personal details and shipping address if you are a new customer.

• Click on your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button

How do I register?

Kindly click on the account tab located at the top right end of our homepage.

A pop-up screen provides you with the option to, login if you are an existing customer or register as a new customer either by filling the form with some personal information or using your FaceBook account.

After updating the required fields, click on the submit tab to create your account.

How much is delivery?

We are delighted to be able to offer delivery over country. Delivery fee varies.

Can you offer a specific day for when delivery will be made?

Sadly not, the majority of deliveries are handled by domestic postal services, and we cannot offer a definitive time or date for when deliveries will be made.

Are items dispatched together, or in separate packages?

We find it more efficient to dispatch items separately. As we receive items from a number of different suppliers, who will invariably deliver items at different times of the day, and sometime, on different days entirely, we dispatch items as soon as they arrive, as opposed to delaying an order whilst we wait for an order to arrive in it’s entirety.

Can you provide tracking numbers for packages?

The majority of orders will not be trackable once they have been dispatched to customers. However, high value books will be dispatched through DHL, UPS or Interlink, and these can be tracked.

Can I cancel and return my order?

Sure, you can cancel your order within 10 days of receiving it by completing our online cancellation form. Once you’ve cancelled the order, you must send the parcel back to us within 14 days. Once we get it, you’ll be refunded the price of the item(s) within 14 days. You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless we delivered it to you in error or it is faulty. It is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the item(s) to us.

Which payment options are available to me?

We accept payments made with the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit, VISA. We are also delighted to be able to accept PayPal. We can accept orders paid for by cheque and Pay on Delivery or prepay via local and international Mastercard, VISA and Interswitch Verve cards.

Can I place my order across the telephone?

We can only process orders placed through the website. This policy ensures that we can accept your orders quickly and that your details are kept secure throughout the ordering process.

When will my order arrive?

Dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time. It really depends on the book — you can see the relevant info on its page. You’ll get a jolly email when your item has been dispatched so you can start making room on your shelves for your new books! Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery in business days (Mon-Fri)

How can I contact you?

The most convenient way to contact us is by filling in the online contact form. The form is designed to help you specify the problem or the query and then direct it to the member of staff best suited to deal with it.

Alternatively we are always happy to hear from you and help with any queries or problems. We endeavour to answer all queries within 24 hours.

Shipping & Delivery

Can you deliver to me outside Lagos?

Yes, chukzbook.com delivers products to customers anywhere in Nigeria. We have a partnership with different delivery companies for deliveries outside our cash on delivery (COD) locations

When will I get my product after I place an order (delivery period)?

Our standard delivery timeline of 1-3 days in Lagos and 3-5 days for regions outside Lagos. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email to confirm that your package is on its way. You will also be contacted by our dispatch personnel on the day of delivery.

Can I pick up my item instead of having it delivered?

chukzbook.com offers delivery services because of the goal of convenience. We do not encourage our customers to come to our office since products can be brought to their door steps.

How do you charge for shipping?

A charge is applied based on your order weight and your shipping address.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

Our dispatch personnel would call you before making the delivery. If you are unavailable to receive your item, a re-delivery will be scheduled within 3 days. Please note that your order will be cancelled after 2 re-delivery attempts.

Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?

Yes. Your parcel can be delivered to any address convenient for you. To make this possible, you must enter your preferred address as your ‘shipping address’ before you checkout.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

If you haven’t received your items after the 5th day, kindly contact us on help@chukzbook.com or send an email to help@chukzbook.com (quoting your order number).

Which locations do you accept Cash on Delivery?

We accept cash on delivery in central areas of Lagos

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email when your order is shipped.

Will I receive all my orders in a single package?

We endeavour send out products readily available as most of our customers appreciate prompt deliveries. If your orders do not come in a single package, be rest assured that the remaining item(s) will also be delivered to you within the delivery timeline

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices have already been discounted to make them as competitive as possible. The prices are not negotiable.

Will my card details be safe?

Yes, we use ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe.

Why has my card been declined?

There can been several reasons why your card has been refused such as the use of a wrong PIN. For further details, please contact your card issuer.
